Shipping policy

Orders ship from Bucharest by courier within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Every piece is one of a kind — it is protectively packed and travels together with its catalogue file.

Romania

Delivery by courier or easybox, usually within 1–3 working days of dispatch. The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout, before payment.

International

We also ship outside Romania. The usual time is 5–14 working days, depending on the destination; the cost is calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties or import VAT are the buyer's responsibility.

Order tracking

After dispatch you receive the tracking number (AWB) by e-mail. If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, write to us at altfelstore@gmail.com and we will sort it out with priority.
