Refund policy

You have the right to change your mind. Under Romanian law (GEO 34/2014), you can return any piece within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving us a reason.

How to make a return

Write to us at altfelstore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the parcel, quoting your order number. We confirm the steps right away; the piece must be sent back within 14 days of your notice, protectively packed, together with everything you received (box, item file, accessories). The direct cost of the return is borne by the customer.

The refund

We refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the piece or proof of shipment.

Condition of the piece

Our pieces are documented one-offs: each leaves us with its condition file, and on return we check the piece against that file. You may try it on and examine it as you would in a shop; a reduction in value caused by excessive handling may be deducted from the refund, as provided by law.

Undeclared flaws

If the piece you receive does not match its file — it has a flaw we did not declare — the return is at our expense, with a full refund or, if you prefer, a discount agreed together. The honesty of the file is our commitment.
